Beautiful set of 2 magnifying glasses or loupes on stands. They were made in France in the late 19th century. As can be seen on the photos the magnifying glasses are not identical. One has a black iron base, the other is completely made of brass. The lenses are both clear and  without scratches.

The max. height of the smaller one is around 40 cm (16"), of the other 45 cm (18").
