Refund policy

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within the cooling-off period via info@volanticus.com.

Return condition: The item must be returned in the same condition as when received. In the event of visible depreciation due to use after receipt, we reserve the right to withhold part of the purchase price.

Authenticity:  We guarantee the authenticity of each item as described. In the event of a well-founded dispute regarding authenticity — substantiated by an independent expert report — we offer a full refund including shipping costs.

Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
