Omega Olympic Split-Second Stopwatch
Massive Omega Olympic split-second stopwatch made in 1953. Inside this stopwatch is the Omega cal. 191 movement. This movement was developed together with Lemania, it is a high-frequency movement, suitable for making reliable measurements with high accuracy.
Omega was appointed in 1932 as the 1st Official Timekeeper of the Olympic Games. They received this honor for their high-quality timers. They never stopped developing their timers, and up to the present days they still produce top-quality stop-watches.
The timer we have for sale is made of stainless steel, it has some light traces of usage. The dial shows some ageing. The cal. 191 movement is in very good condition and is functioning very well. All hands reset perfectly to 0.
