In the short period of their existence they received a royal warrant as watchmakers \"To the Queen\".\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOur pocket watch was made around 1875. It is a beautiful pocket watch made in the typical English style of those days. The movement has a power reserve indicator. A rare complication which only can be found in the best watch movements.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e Both movement as dial have been signed with the number 2\/775. This means that it is a grade 2 watch movement and has serial number 775. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003eThe movement runs great and also the power reserve indicator is working very well.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003eOriginally\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003e this\u003c\/span\u003e pocket watch had an 18k gold case. This case may have been damaged, or it was simply melted down for its gold value in the 1920s. Either way the case has been replaced by a beautiful silver case made by \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003ethe Dennison Watch Case Co in 1923.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe condition of the watch is very good.
