1. Parties
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases via volanticus.com, operated by Volanticus VOF, established at Stinzenlaan Zuid 251, 3621 TC Breukelen, The Netherlands. Email: info@volanticus.com

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Volanticus and buyers, including consumers in the European Union.

3. Offer and authenticity
Each item offered is unique. Descriptions, provenance, and dating are drawn up to the best of our knowledge and belief. Volanticus guarantees the authenticity as described. In the event of justified doubt — substantiated by an independent expert report — the purchase amount will be fully refunded.

4. Payment
Payment is made via the offered payment methods at checkout. The agreement is concluded upon confirmation of payment.

5. Delivery
Items are carefully packaged and shipped. Delivery times are indicative. In the event of a delay, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal Consumers have the right to return the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. See our return policy for the full procedure.

7. Liability Volanticus is not liable for indirect damages. In all cases, liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

8. Disputes and applicable law Dutch law applies. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement.
