There is some wear visible for example: a small dent and the blue paint of the inside has worn of on the sides. There are also some white spots visible on the surface of the cover, maybe they are very light paint splatters. To protect the underlying patina I haven't taken some action to remove these. I consider them part of the history of the piece.

Take a good look at the photos for a good impression!

The diameter of the font cover is 35 cm., the height is 33 cm, and the weight is 4.7 kgs.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0990/5736/9415/files/rn-image_picker_lib_temp_a6af11c7-ad39-426e-99ac-f76fa3a961f4.jpg?v=1790861013
fine-antique-gilt-phoenix-18th-19th-century
Fine Antique Gilt Phoenix 18th/ 19th Century

Exceptional antique gilt-bronze sculptue of a phoenix from the 18th or 19th century.
